Concept Design
Upon completion of site location/candidate identification, the engineering begins. We create site diagrams, renderings, perform cost analyses, consider exterior and interior flow and identify potential issues. With this information, we can focus on one plan and then further develop and refine ideas. RF Management uses the latest version of Autodesk Revit software for building information modeling.
Kickoff Meeting
This is where we work with you to establish goals, define the process and prepare the schedule. Our goal is to meet your present and future needs.
Information Gathering and Analysis
Next, we review demographics, explore site issues, and assess and document site conditions. Our team remains economically, ecologically and socially responsible, and we keep this in the forefront of our minds during the planning phase.
Constructability Assessment
Owner Robert Yankle is a hands-on professional with a distinct talent for construction. Yankle takes the lead in monitoring compliance to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
Communication
Safety and construction meetings are carefully planned. We make sure all meetings are effective, all team members are respectful, and the lines of communication are open throughout the project. The same team members remain involved from start to finish.
Project Handover
Once the job is complete and your vision has manifested before your eyes, we provide to you all as-built documentation, training, spare parts and warranty information.
The Future
